Outdoor exercises

Outdoor exercises are understood as physical exercises developing basic human movement fund and contributing also to the personal growth. We include here the following activities:

  • Walking, running, jumping

  • Crawling, shining, climbing

  • Balance exercises

  • Throwing, object putting, lifting, carrying objects;

When doing these exercises the emphasis is put on movement skills of an individual – strength, speed, endurance, balance and coordination. The typical feature is overcoming natural or man-made obstacles. Exercises include a certain amount of risk, require overcoming fear, decision-making and creative approach to problem solving. Braveness and team support are expected. Exercises bring obviously the feeling of adventure for participants.
